Mario is a gem. Found him on Yelp back in 2016 and he was able to take care of spot/injection/foam treatment on the single story side of my house that worked great. Unfortunately this time around, spot/injection treatment wasn’t possible since it was the two story side of the house and backed up to the kitchen, so we needed a full tenting. Contract and scheduling was fast and easy and was completed within 3 weeks. Not gonna lie, preparation for tenting is not fun, but it was taken care of efficiently. Would highly recommend him for any termite needs.

Mario is my go-to termite guy. I used him now for 2 tentings and find him to be very honest and thorough with inspections and letting you know what your options for treatment will be. He is dependable, professional and delivers on time with his services. I have referred him to several friends and they have all been happy with his services as well. Do yourself a favor and go with Mario at Elite1, you will not be sorry.

Mario was very professional and thoroughly explained to process. The day of the extermination, they arrived on time and got started with the tenting process, which lasted maybe an hour. When I returned after two days, everything was in tact, and all traces of the extermination had been cleared. I highly recommend Elite Termite Control.

They moved very quickly to tent the place late on Monday and showed up early Wed to take it down and get us back in our house as quickly as possible. I didn’t think that my termite control experience could be so pleasant! Mario was very collected and polite while also being very straightforward about what’s going on with our termite situation. He gave us clear instructions on how to prepare, and he performed the service himself. You would have never known he had been here, he was very precise with drilling and patching. But the termites will know! bwah ha ha ha….
