Disclaimer: I am writing a review for the customer service, not the tenting because this company was not available for the specific timeframe I had requested in the end.

Mario showed up on time and explained a few things that I wasn’t aware about house tenting business. Very useful information. He walked around the house with me and told me what would be done and how can it be done to minimize possible damage to plants that are too close to the house, what’s possible and what’s not, etc. He sent me the quote during the promised timeframe and was very responsive/professional throughout the entire process.

I found the gentleman who came to evaluate my termite situation to be very honest and recommend what was necessary to treat the issue. I highly recommend this company.

We had a slew of termites show up at our front door so I called a few places to come over and give us their opinion. Mario was recommended through a parent Facebook group that I am a member of.

I do like Mario’s professionalism, response time, and communication. His price was on the high side to perform tenting or we may have considered him more closely. One other thing I would have liked him to do is look around and under the home. He came in, measured and gave me an estimate for tenting. Other companies that came in looked in my attic and under my home to give me a really good picture of the potential damage and infestation, literally with pictures from their phones. Apparently we have subterranean termites too and of the 4 companies I called to give me estimates, only one found them and provided me with a picture of them. One company went under my home and told me we didn’t have subterranean termites. Based on the pictures I saw we have a lot that we need to address.

Mario was very polite and courteous. He explained the process and what and when things would be done. Elite1 did a good job even though I had a bad experience with the termination experence.

Mario was amazing. This was seriously a tough job! From challenges with the gas company and coordinating with the landlord and neighbors, Mario and his team were outstanding. He was patient, explained everything, and never pressured us to make a decision. I would highly recommend Elite1. I am so happy to finally be rid of these termites!!!!! Thank you, Mario!

Mario was very nice. He took a quick inspection (for free) and gave his opinion as to a lack of any significant termite infection or need for his service.

Mario very professional and answered and anticipated what I might need to know. Knew what needed to be done and what forms needed to be completed for a VA refi. Very happy about the service.

Elite 1 was the best price of the extermination companies I contacted. And Mario, the owner, couldn’t have been more knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I asked several questions, and he had all the answers. He explained how termites “work,” the different types of them, the chemical he uses to exterminate them and why it’s better than some others that are used, etc., etc. He arrived at the time he said he would, was very efficient and accommodating. Will DEFINITELY contact Mario at Elite1 again if and when I need these types of services.

I was highly impressed with Mario in terms of professionalism and honesty. He scheduled the inspection one day after I called and arrived on time. We had some areas where we had residue, but he provided a very thorough inspection. On the day of treatment, he again, arrived on time and worked throughout the day. He was able to do an electrical treatment, reducing chemicals. While he found more activity on treatment day, the price was exactly what he quoted. I would definitely recommend them to friends in the future.

I asked 2 companies to inspect my house for termites gave me recommendations and quotes but I went with Elite 1 because Mario was straight to the point did not give me excuses and price was better too than the first one. Mario walked me through all the things I neede to do prior to the fumigation. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction even up to the day of fumigation. He always return call on a timely manner. Im just glad I called and chose Elite 1.
