They really did do a great job & clean up when they were Finish would definitely recommend them

We had such a great experience from process to fumigation and everything in between. We consulted with a few other companies and found that Elite1 was both the better service and better price amongst others. Everyone involved was very accommodating, respectful, helpful, clean and made every step of the fumigating process that much more pleasant. Mario was excellent to work with. He was calm, patient, friendly and professional. He arrived on time and answered all my questions (many!) and was very thorough and helpful. The entire experience was one of the best we have ever had in working with various contractors and trade people. From the job price quote to the final cleanup everyone on the crew was on time (even early at times), very polite and explained what was being done and why, very careful with every portion of the property from the house to the plants and when they removed the cover they cleaned the entire area including even the shrubbery. Literally a flawless experience with Elite1.

I had previously called a more well-known competitor and almost went with them, but at the last minute had some suspicions about them so decided to call around. Of all the termite people I called, Mario was the easiest to get a hold of, easiest to talk to, gave me easy-to-understand information, and was at my house by the next day to do an inspection. His inspection was 100x more thorough than the competitor’s and it was very clear very quickly that Mario was legit and knew exactly what he was talking about.

I went with them and the communication for the entire time- inspection, scheduling, tent coordinating, visits, etc.- was flawless (which is hard to get these days). Mario was friendly and thorough every time he came over, I asked a million questions and he never seemed to be in a rush to get out, and I really can’t get over how easy the coordination was with them. I never had to think about a certain thing because they were on top of it all. The guys who did the actual tenting- same thing. Easy to communicate, on-time, and easy to coordinate with.

Mario, I wish more contractors were like you! Thanks for making something like termite control such a joyful experience (when, let’s be honest- nobody wants to have to deal with it)!

Very positive experience in a field that is known for a lot of charlatans. This family-owned business did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it at a reasonable price. Henry did a very thorough and thoughtful inspection; much more than the other two firms we had quote. Then he came back and did a very conscientious job. When he was done he explained everything and gave a warranty for the work done. I give them one of my best endorsements and will definitely call them again if we need more work done.

Very prompt, efficient and professional. Obviously very experienced & knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and quickly got to work & finished the job. We were both impressed by his courtesy & cheerful manner. Would hire him again if need arises, but as I explained to him, I hope that doesn’t happen.

I thought Mario was very nice. He also returned calls pretty quick even called my husband in Mexico. Very professional. Hard working. Easy to work with. Very accomadating. I’m going to hire him again soon.
