Mario was very professional and was responsive to all questions. He made sure that we knew exactly what he was going to do. He did as much as possible to accommodate our schedule and to complete the job as soon as possible. Will definitely recommend.

Professional, polite, personable. Mario took his time to evaluate the project and explain the procedure. His explanation revealed a strong depth of knowledge and commitment to customer care. I appreciate Mario’s willingness to go above and beyond the standard level of service. He took his time inspecting and treating the property and even took care of a decorative tree stump that caused a potential problem. At this point, I recommend Elite 1 without reservation.
